Returns and Refund Policy

Provide them with your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting information or images if necessary. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

1.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

1.4 Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 4 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return as described in Section 1 and place a new order for the desired item.
