How do I create an account with the online shop?

To create an account on usaam online shop. Select the my account tab or the sign in or register tab on the top right hand corner. Fill in your information where it is applicable and complete the registration process.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes you can. Once you have added your products to the cart, simply select guest check out.

How do I place an order?

Depending on your location. To place an order outside of South Africa, change the currency at the top of the page from Rand to Dollar or Euro etc. Now a PayPal payment option will be available as a payment option. For purchasing items outside South Africa, kindly use the PayPal payment option as the Ozow payment option will not function due to the discrepancy in the currencies.

Is my personal and payment information kept confidential?

Yes, your personal and payment information are kept confidential as we use high security protocols and usaam online shop uses the best security practices ensuring your privacy. We also use external reputable payment gateways, this means your credit card information is not stored on usaam online shop nor stored on the payment gateways. USAAM Online Shop has been thoroughly scanned for viruses and vulnerabilities and it is perfectly safe to shop on.

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, a payment gateway such as PayPal or Ozow will appear. Once the items have been payed for in the payment gateways you will be redirect back to usaam online shop were it will state that your purchase was successful.

Is it possible to change or update an order after it has been placed?

Yes it is possible to change or update an order once it has been placed. Simply write us an email as soon as possible, the email should include the invoice as well as the product that needs to be changed or updated and the USAAM team will do the rest. You can also update the products you selected in the cart as well.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Once you have selected an item, the availability will be displayed on the right hand side of the product. Choose the quantity you want by clicking the Qty tab.

To get help with a product issue or question, please write us an email regarding the product issue or question and we will promptly respond to your query.

Yes the are special and discounts available, if you contact us directly using WhatsApp you will get amazing discounts and specials.

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes it is possible to track your order, a tracking number is provided for every order on usaam online shop. We will make sure you receive your order as we also track your order.

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

Should you receive a damaged or defective order please send us an email with images of the defective items including your invoice. We will gladly exchange your order.

Click on the music symbol at the bottom of this page to download the online radio station to your device or simply click this link USAAM Radio. Once the radio playlist has downloaded, open the playlist with your favorite media player. Done. Free premium online radio.
